“POWER OF ATTORNEY” written in bold at the top center.
3. Grantor’s Identity
Contains:

4. Recipient’s Identity
Contains complete data as above.
5. Content/Authority Granted
Explains specifically what authority is given to the recipient.
6. Substitution Rights (Optional)
States whether the recipient can delegate authority to others.

8. Signatures
Signatures of both parties (grantor and recipient).
9. Stamp Duty
For some official purposes, Rp 10,000 stamp duty is required.

Use Clear and Unambiguous Language – Avoid sentences that can be interpreted in multiple ways.
